• Actively participate as a key stakeholder throughout the product life cycle, from initial ideation to final delivery
• Develop distributed, event-driven systems for a highly available infrastructure across multiple globally networked data centers
• Lead the technical architecture and implementation process, utilizing your preferred development environment (IntelliJ, Eclipse, Emacs, on Mac, Windows, or Linux)
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team, adhering to agile principles

• University degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent education, career changers with passion for IT are also welcome
• Deep knowledge in Java with focus in Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience with REST, Docker, Continuous Integration, (No-)SQL or Linux
• In-depth understanding of Java, frameworks/libs, software architecture, API design, queuing systems, stream processing, and microservices, with a focus on high-availability systems
• Eagerness to explore and adopt new technologies
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
